This is a fixed=blade knife. The blade is a piece of Damascus steel stretched to an 8 1/8" long tapered tang blade. The silver bolsters were made from scrap silver melted and poured which is the reason for small inclusions that appeared once I started to engrave them. The wood scales are figured maple held onto the blade with silver pins. The backbone of the blade is decoratively filed and a running wheat border engraved on the exterior of the silver bolsters. $1395.00 + S/H
